Greenstep Hub Terms of Use

Greenstep Oy (business ID: 2306461-3) and its affiliates provide the Greenstep Hub service for communication, information sharing and workflow solution through the Greenstep Hub interface hosted by Greenstep. Greenstep Hub is subject to the Terms of Use outlined in this agreement, which is an annex to your Service Agreement (including the Data Processing Agreement or other agreements) with Greenstep. The Customer must accept these Terms of Use before accessing the Service.

To manage access rights and ensure accuracy of Registration Data of Greenstep Hub, an Admin User must be appointed by the Customer. The Admin User is responsible for adding, editing, and deleting End Users on behalf of the Customer. The Customer must authorize End Users to use the Service and is accountable for their compliance with the Terms of Use. Only Greenstep and the Customer's registered End Users can access customer-specific Greenstep Hub. Accurate Registration Data must be provided, and End Users must maintain the security of their credentials. Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported without delay to Greenstep. The Customer is responsible for all activity on End Users' accounts.

Greenstep Hub and its contents are only for use in compliance with the Service Agreement and these Terms. Greenstep can deactivate End Users' access upon termination of the Service Agreement. All data and documents submitted are subject to the Service Agreement and Greenstep Hub Terms. End Users must retain copies of their content. The Customer and End Users are responsible for their content and must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Content is confidential. Greenstep may only disclose content as required by law.

The Customer agrees not to alter, modify, or reverse engineer the Service, infringe on any intellectual property rights, disrupt the Service, use automated means to access content, or violate any applicable laws. Greenstep can terminate access for any unauthorized use or breach of these terms.

Greenstep reserves the right to restrict the designation of third parties as users. Access rights for third-party users will only be granted upon the customer's request and approval by Greenstep.
