Instructions:

Customer’s Microsoft admin needs to approve for each user the use of Greenstep Hub in Entra ID

The name of the app in Entra is “Greenstep Hub (production)”

If admin user does not find the app in the list, the easiest way is for the admin to try to log in at hub.greenstep.com and proceed to give appropriate permits from the pop-up screen show on the left

When you try to log in you get the error message “You do not have the required permissions to access this resource”.

Or alternatively:

If you try to log in at hub.Greenstep.com, you can access Greenstep Hub but get the message “There are no companies. You are not added to any company yet.

This means that the exact email address that you use to log in does not have access rights to any categories in any company.

  • Ask Greenstep to check that your correct email has been added to the Hub and you have granted access to the correct categories

  • Note: if you use more than one email address with your Microsoft account, please make sure Greenstep has the same address that is used in logging in to services
